CoNSA NSW & ACT (Continence Nurses Society Australia - NSW & ACT) formerly known as Association of Nurse Continence Advisors NSW Inc (ANCAN) was officially formed in 1994.

CoNSA NSW & ACT is a peak representative body for all nurses engaged in providing evidence based information for bladder and bowel management in all contexts.  

Our mission is to:  

• Develop and disseminate clinical guidelines and collaborate with stakeholders on their implementation.  

• Monitor and contribute to policy development and review, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency of clinical guidelines.

CoNSA NSW & ACT is affiliated with the National Nursing Body, CoNSA (Continence Nurses Society Australia)
